Top marketing executive and industry innovator will focus on driving JLL’s growth in the Americas region
Jill Kouri, a top marketing executive with more than 20 years of corporate and agency business-to-business marketing experience, has joined JLL as Chief Marketing Officer, Americas. She will serve as a member of JLL’s Americas Executive Committee and Global Marketing Leadership Team.
Kouri, who joins JLL from Accenture where she spent 14 years in various marketing roles, will be based in Chicago and oversee all aspects of JLL’s marketing and communications programs that include business development, branding, public relations and internal communications. She will drive strategies to promote JLL’s modernized brand and advance firm growth.

Kouri worked most recently as managing director and global head of marketing for Accenture’s Products Operating Group – a $6.8 billion business that includes retail, consumer goods and life sciences (industries where she also served in industry marketing leadership roles). She also has led marketing for Accenture Interactive, a group focused on helping the world’s leading brands drive superior marketing performance across the full multichannel experience. Kouri has worked extensively across the Americas and key European geographies, as well as in Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Japan and China.
Prior to Accenture, Kouri was Corporate Communications Director at Commerx, an eBusiness services provider for manufacturing companies and their trading partners, where she oversaw public relations and marketing and communications. Kouri began her career in business-to-business public relations and advertising.

Kouri served as Accenture’s Executive Relationship Sponsor for Dress for Success, where she volunteers frequently. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and has APR (Accreditation in Public Relations) certification from the Public Relations Society of America.
